PTS KEY USER is in charge to follow the PTS SystemOverview of PTSPipe Tracking System (PTS) is a computer-based tool aimed to ensure full material traceability over pipeline systems installed during the execution of a given project. The System, which can be extensively configured in order to meet project-specific requirements, is capable of recording and managing essential data for each pipe produced, worked and installed within project activities, during all phases of its life within the process. Data associated with each given pipe during fabrication activities at Pipe Mill travel along with the item and are updated with coating details at Coating Plant, are organized at Marshalling yard for consistency with actual shipments; once on-board the laying vessel, data is processed further and organized in order to reflect actual installation sequence: the result is a comprehensive set of As-Built data (which PTS software can present in various reports formats) enabling Project / Customer to track material details/history back to Pipe Mill starting from each given weld / component.responsabilitàAs Quality System Engineer you will join our QHSE Department conducting the following activities:

• Evaluate, liaising with PQ Mand ICT , the need of issuing a set of project dedicates PTS Specifications
• to review the project PTS Specifications
• to review the project PTS Procedure, and if the vessel procedures in place are not satisfactory for the specific needs
• to assist Pipe Tally clerks in management of PTS related activities
• to support QCC in management of any minor PTS failure
• to provide training to PTS operating personnel
• to provide Quality Offshore Fleet with proper feedback on PTS performances and improvement needs
• guarantee proper interface coordination with any other involved project function ( Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Project Quality Manager, etc.)
• to insure that PQM and ICT provide all Projects Requirements for PTS setup
• to liaise with ICT and PQM for optimal PTS implementation within projects

esperienzada 3 a 5 annicompetenze

• Diploma/Graduation
• It’s required as minimum an high school diploma
• nice to have ISO 9001 Auditor certificate

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:It’s required advanced listening and speaking in English

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, in analysis, development, debugging of industrial software programs

• Minimum 5 year experience within Project Quality Management or Project Quality Control or Engineering

• Be curious about software technologies and Quality inspections. Strong team working attitude. Problem solving capabilities and methodic approach to troubleshooting

• High, in addition to frequent missions, periods of stay abroad may be required on specific projects onboard the our Fleet
