Randstad Italia SpA is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for our client, a leading Chinese multinational company in the technology and telecommunications sectors, based in Milan.Job Location: MilanOffer: Fixed-term contract (1 year + renewable possibility)Salary: 30K-35KThis position is offered through Randstad Italia SpA, an outsourcing partner of the multinational ;Please, apply only if you are willing to consider this type of contract. responsabilitàThis professional figure will manage spare parts fulfillment in Europe and will be responsible for spare parts application and delivery fulfillment, improve the spare parts inventory level of regional warehouses and repair centers, and manage the standardization of spare parts application and use in repair centers.In particular, the main activities are:

  • Manage the return of spare parts in Europe, including return, offset, and buy out spare parts in repair centers, formulating and implementing return rules.
  • Manage spare parts operations in Europe, output operation reports at the regional, country, and store levels, organize regional spare parts meetings, and proactively help and track the improvement of country business.
  • Manage spare parts risks in Europe, manage risk indicators such as Account Receivables, quarterly stocktaking, and return standardization rate, warn risks in advance, regularly monitor risks, and collaborate with countries to make improvements.
  • Manage the spare part knowledge, regularly update the basic knowledge about spare parts, sort out and supplement the spare parts management guide, and output and maintain the FAQs about spare parts exceptions.
  • Responsible for spare parts forward delivery in Europe, monitor daily material shortage, communicate and release the alternative material solution, and track and handle spare parts delivery exceptions.

esperienza1 annocompetenzeRequirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain management and Logistics
  • Work experience: 0-3 years
  • Be able to take multi-tasks, organization skills and be good at prioritizing
  • Strong communication skills with customer orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep focus on details
  • Team-work spirit, proactivity and strong learning ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Italian
