Il nostro clienteOur client has 3 complementary areas of expertise: ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE and CONTROL. The person we are looking for, will directly report to the Global International Sales Manager based in France.Ruolo- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering, electrical material distribution, and related industries.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and control divisions, to ensure a seamless delivery of our services.
– Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and ensure market leadership.
– Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.
– Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
– Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Il candidato prescelto- Technical diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
– 7 to 10 years of experience in a sales management role within engineering or electrical material distribution industries.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Strong understanding of engineering solutions, maintenance services, and control systems.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
