• Management of after-sales claims that are assigned to him/her, working to identify the root causes, warranty evaluation and problem resolution in collaboration with the customer or other specialists colleagues or partner companies
• Coordination of repair activities related to claims assigned to him/her
• Work closely with other after sales and technical office colleagues to resolve problems
• Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configurations and related performance issues
• Troubleshoot and remediate hardware and software faults via manufacturer support agreements

Il candidato presceltoThe suitable candidate will have the following requirements:

• A sheer attitude and interest in customer relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, telecommunication engineering or any technical degree. Candidates with technical diploma and relevant technical experience may be considered
• Basic experience in managing Linux and Windows operating systems
• Good experience with network configurations ( IP, DNS, VLAN etc.)
• Good knowledge of networking principles
• Basic knowledge of PC and server hardware in order to perform basic testing, maintenance and repair
• Root analysis methodology and problem solving approach
• Good knowledge of the English language because you will constantly interact with customers from all over the world
• Willingness to learn always new and modern technologies
• Availability to travel abroad
• Availability for on-call shifts
