Il nostro clienteThe company is world technical leader in the research, design and manufacturing.RuoloHe/She must be able to collect the project needs of the Management, analyze them, prioritize them in order to convey them effectively to the structures of Demand. He/She will follow the various steps of the projects until their release involving the entities concerned. He/She will supervise the existing processes, and will fill any gaps and will be in charge to design new process models according to the needs of the Management, ensuring effective implementation also through dedicated monitoring.

• Gathering of project requirements: the incumbent must be in charge to identify and understand the specific needs of projects, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered accurately and in a timely manner. He (or she) organizes and participates in update meetings to align on progress of projects.
• Analysis and prioritization: the incumbent evaluates and classifies project requirements according to their strategic importance, feasibility and impact on the organization, he (or she) defines operational priorities together with the senior managers.
• Preparation of technical answers: the incumbent is in charge for Reading and analyzing the tender documents in order to prepare the necessary technical documentation to respond in a timely and precise manner to the tenders, both for public and private ones, he (or she) ensures that the specifications and deadlines are matched. He/She organizes kick off meetings to present the key aspects of the competition to the colleagues involved and updates them on any actions to be taken.
• Coordination with internal teams: the incumbent collaborates with the various teams as technical, quality, legal department, commercial and administrative teams to gather all the information necessary for the preparation of tenders and management of projects/tenders.
• Monitoring of tenders: he (or she) will be keeping track of deadlines and requirements for current and new tenders, ensuring the conformity and effectiveness of the responses sent through the reference teams as well as the earmarking of any improvement proposals offered during the tender and agreed in advance.
• Leading contract reviews
• Plan and share the critical info with the client
• Identify risks and manage the risk removal action plan
• Project management support: the incumbent provides operational support in the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that activities are carried out in line with defined priorities and that objectives are achieved on time.
• Be in charge of quality, cost and Planning
• Monitor or request bonds / payment terms / banks / freight forwarders
• Negotiate the documentary credit
• Organize project reviews internally and with the client
• Documentation management: he/she will keep and update all project documentation and tender one, ensuring that documentation is always available and accessible to all members of the management in charge.

Il candidato prescelto

• Qualification: Technical degree
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of the French language will be considered as an added value
• Experience: > 2/3 of previous experience in similar roles of project management in manufacturing.
• Excellent concentration of the Office package and familiarity with Project Management tools
• Knowledge of the SAP management system
• analytical skills and deep precision
• willingness to travel abroad
