• Lead compliance to standards and norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and relevant battery industry standards
• Define systems, policies and processes ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainability targets.
• Manage documentation and reporting systems.
• Perform audits across the organization, identify gaps and lead cross-functionally deployment of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead training program development and deployment across the organization.
• Manage internal/external audit plan, ensure appropriate preparation, execution and resolution of findings.
• Monitor Quality KPIs related to compliance and lead action plan to meet targets.
• Lead Quality improvement plan and ensure continuous improvement in management systems.

Il candidato prescelto

• Degree in Industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality in a mass manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a MUST
• Experience in IATF 16949 is a PLUS
• Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST
• Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines
