QUALITY CONTROL
THE ROLE
- Perform incoming inspection on subcontractor delivered hardware, issue and maintenance of associated inspection records. This includes verification of cleanliness packaging, damage/structural integrity and completeness/acceptability of relevant documentation;
- Monitor the contamination level of the apparatus equipped with particulate or molecular contamination sensors (optical payloads, star trackers, etc.);
- Participation to daily meeting and support the NRB if necessary;
- Maintain and certify the system Log-Book;
- Certifies Work Item, Deviation Work Items and PVS phases and close them;
- System Log-Book periodical review with QA-AIT;
- Support to Quality Assurance during customers reviews;
- NCR issue and disposition implementation control
- Certify the “as built configuration” during AIT activities;
- Assembly, Integration and Test activities follow-on and certification;
- Perform inspection operation according to procedure steps or following dedicated inspection procedure;
- Full witnessing of system H/W handling activities;
- Follow-on of the packing, transportation and despatch activities and certification of relevant shipping documentation;
- Ensure project tools, test measurement equipment and MGSE are maintained certified within limits, calibrated etc.;
- Monitoring ambient environmental conditions(temperature, humidity, cleanliness) in AIT areas and raising appropriate alerts to initiate corrective actions to ensure conditions are maintained as specified;
Check that the operators certification and their validity are correct applied;
THE REQUIREMENTS
– Technical diploma or Degree + experience in control inspections activities
